The YWCA of Mankato has served women and children for more than seventy years. Our community has come to expect that our activities will serve needs, offer challenges and enhance personal growth of all those who connect with our services. The YWCA is also committed to serving needs, offering challenges and enhancing the personal growth of employees involved in the day-to-day operations of the YWCA.


Administrative Staff: Staff involved in administrative positions engage in efforts to promote the mission of the YWCA through connections with YWCA members, staff and the greater community. Program development and implementation, special event planning, advocacy, and human resource management represent some of the activities administrative staff are involved in.
